Terms capitalized herein shall bear the meanings defined under this Policy. These definitions apply whether the terms are used in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • Business Company: Refers to Saberwars, a division of Taylored Innovations Ltd, situated at 11 Auchenglen Road, Braidwood, ML8 5PH, Scotland.

  • Goods & Services: Denotes the products offered for sale on our website, as well as services rendered during our events.

  • Orders: Signifies a request made by You to purchase Goods or Services from Us.

  • Service: Refers to the service provided by Us.

  • Website: Signifies our online platform accessible at https://saberwars.co.uk.

  • You: Indicates the individual accessing or using our Service, or the company, or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

At Saberwars, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase or service received, you may return the product to us for repair, replacement, or account credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • If dissatisfaction arises with the service received, a percentage refund may be considered based on your level of dissatisfaction.
  • Products purchased online or in person are eligible for return.
  • All items must be returned in new condition and carefully packed.
  • Please return items to 11 Auchenglen Road, Braidwood, Scotland, ML8 5PH.
  • The buyer assumes all return delivery costs.

 

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Damaged products or returns initiated after this period will not qualify for a refund. Please ensure the following conditions are met for refund eligibility:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must not show signs of damage or use.
  • Customers should not disassemble products without our guidance.

Upon receipt of your returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Damaged blades may incur replacement charges deducted from your refund.

In the event of service dissatisfaction, please write to bookings@saberwars.co.uk along with your request for a percentage refund of the booking cost. After reviewing your request, we will either deny, agree, or propose an alternate percentage refund based on our assessment of the event. All disputes will be governed under Scots law.

Please return items securely packaged via recorded delivery to 11 Auchenglen Road, Braidwood, ML8 5PH, Scotland. We will reimburse your delivery costs upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the return. Updates on your return status will be provided via email, phone, and SMS if your contact information is registered with us.
