All bookings are digital goods and require no shipping. They will be delivered to your email and will provide you with booking authentication and your details. If you have not received this please contact us

Our Sabers and Armour products will take 3-5 days for to be delivered within the UK. Outside the UK it could take between 10-14 days. Our delivery partners will send you a text message with your expected delivery date and time. 

Larger franchising sales may require additional wait times due to size of order. In the UK these could take 3-5 days or if the order is above 10 sabers may take 10-14 days. Armour within the UK will takes 3-5 days. Outside the UK may take 10-14 days. 

If concerned about potential wait times, contact us and we can inform you in advance of the expected wait time for your products.

We are not responsible for any hold up at customs or custom duties that need to be paid in your home country. However from our experience it is very rare that customers have to pay anything or experience any hold up. 

It is important for us that your experience with us is a five star experience so If your delivery experience falls outside of our policy guidelines we will do our best to resolve it. 

Our delivery service is free of charge in the UK on selected items. If you are in anyway unhappy with your order you are welcome to a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding this. 

Cancellations

You are welcome to request a cancellation. Contact us regarding your order and we will advise you on if your order can be cancelled or if it is already in the delivery pipeline. If the order is with our delivery partner but can be returned there will be a restocking fee of £20 deductible from your full refund amount. If we do not need to pay for your items to be recalled then you will not need to pay this fee and will receive a full refund.
